This energy saving house was completed in 2014. It has been constructed with Beco Wallform Blocks and water is heated by solar tubes.

Living Room
The living room has a wood burning stove with plenty of wood supplied for your stay, so you can relax in front of a lovely warm fire in the cool evenings. The living room has a wool carpet and comfortable leather seating.

There is a 39" television with Freeview and a DVD player should you wish to bring along some films to entertain the children.

There is an open plan layout through to the kitchen and patio doors out to the wooden decking at the front of the house, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the warm summer's evenings while taking in the breathtaking views of the Scottish countryside.
There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and a pine dining table with six chairs.

Next to the kitchen there is a utility room which has a sink, washing machine and a pulley with drying facilities, ideal for those of you who may have an active outdoor lifestyle.

The downstairs bedroom has two single beds, or can have a double bed if preferred. Patio doors lead out to the wooden decking.

Next door to the bedroom is the downstairs bathroom and shower with full disabled access.

The wooden staircase leads to the upstairs which has two spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower.

The two upstairs bedrooms have twin beds, which again can be made into double beds. There is ample room in the larger bedroom for an additional single bed or a cot.

Both bedrooms enjoy exceptional views.
